How to Sleep Better

Do you feel sleepy in morning? Are you not able to take full comfortable sleep at night? There must be various reasons for that. If you work on computer or watch TV for long time then according to surveys, people who spend more time on computer, generally sleeps poorly and this makes them feel lazy all the time. If you sleep healthy then it will keep your body fresh and active. Good Sleeping leads to strong immune system that keeps us away from various diseases. 

è Sometimes we feel sleepy but when we go to bed to sleep, we can’t sleep. If this happens, don’t start watching T.V or start talking on your cell phone. Avoid these activities. Start reading any book or a magazine. After that when you feel sleepy, leave book and go to sleep.

è Another thing you need to make sure is that your bedroom is perfect for sleeping. Turn off the lights  before sleeping as it is going to help you sleep better.

è Make sure that noise level near your surroundings is low because it is human body nature that we can’t sleep in an area with high noise level. Sleeping in a calm area helps us to sleep well.

è Do exercise, as it makes your body feel tired and is going to help you sleep faster.

è We need to sleep atleast for 7-8 hours in night. If we sleep late nights then we can’t give full rest to our body and this will lead to laziness in body. Unhealthy sleeping also leads to various problems like diabetes, cancer, obesity and many more. So, try to fix your time of sleep and go to bed on that time.
è The other main thing you need to ensure is your eating and drinking habits. Try to take very light meal in night. You might have heard the saying “Do breakfast like a King, eat lunch like a Prince and eat dinner like a beggar”.
è Another main advice I need to give is avoid day naps. Taking day naps increases the chance to interrupt your night’s sleep.
